WORKSHOP

“Handling data on molecular plant pathology: Population genetics, pathogen genomics, phylogenetic analysis, and pathogen identification”

The aim of this molecular workshop will be to provide an overview of data analysis tools in population genetics/genomics, including the use of NGS, SSR marker data, phylogenetic analysis and pathogen identification using DNA Barcoding. Participants will have the opportunity to have hands on experience on the use of some of these tools. Therefore, it is encourage that participants of this workshop can bring their own laptops in order to follow along to practice specific data analysis tools.
